On May 2022 Quartano starts this summer operation and we are ready to provide you with excellent accommodation experience.
We essentially consider important to contact you for all measures we take to ensure the health and safety in our facilities.
Our housekeeping team cleans carefully all accommodation areas following strictly the cleaning, hygiene and disinfection protocols.
These protocols include:
- Employees’ regular training on hygiene issues
- Frequent cleaning and disinfection of crowded areas and surfaces of frequent touch indoors and outdoors
- Installation of hand sanitizers equipment
- Immediate response to urgent cleaning if needed
Taking in consideration the current guidelines for COVID-19, we have established rules of stay in order to ensure the safety and health of our visitors.
These rules include:
- Approaching any interior service area (reception, bar, buffet), we recommend guests to keep a safe distance of two (2) meters from the next in order of priority
- We provide our guests with a face mask, in case of cough and / or sneezing, in all internal common areas of the hotel
- All buffet breakfast dishes are safely served and all utensil used are hygienically suitable
- To avoid any health problems from third-party services, consumed within the hotel, external food delivery services are not allowed to deliver directly into the room.
- We encourage our guests to contact any staff member for suggestions and/or comments for improving our services and operation
For our employees, the following measures has been taken:
- We provide all the protective equipment as a precaution
- A reduced number of employees work at the same workplace the same time
- We limit social gatherings and maintain safe distances between employees (1.5+ meters).
As part of our commitment, we are monitoring updates and guidance from the National Public Health Organization (EODY) and European organizations regarding regulations for COVID-19.
Based on this, we are sure that our staff and facilities are ready to provide quality individualized and safe services to our guests
